Our products provide in-situ measurements of electrostatic charges forming within automated production processes. The measuring devices are integrated into different substrates, e.g. photomasks, wafers or circuit boards. With FOUP oder SMIF-compatible docking stations our measuring systems can be used in fully automated processes.
